Terms of sale, refunds & support: contractor downloads

These terms cover the Contractor Bid Kit ($49) and Toolbox Talks: 52 Weekly Crew Safety Talks ($29), both one-time digital downloads.

1. Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or download.

2. What you get

A license to download and use the digital files listed on the product page. You receive a downloadable .zip, not a physical shipment.

3. License

Use the files in your own business: fill them in, edit the Word and Excel files, print as many copies as you need for your own jobs and crews, and give filled-in copies to your customers and workers. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share the blank files as a product, template pack or course. Do not remove the disclaimers.

4. Not professional advice

The Contractor Bid Kit is templates and worksheets, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Contract, home-improvement, licensing, deposit, retainage, lien and notice rules vary by state and city: check your state contractor licensing board and local lien rules, and have a licensed attorney in your state review your contracts before you use them.

Toolbox Talks is a training aid that supplements a safety program. It is not a substitute for required training, a written safety program, a site-specific hazard assessment, or a competent or qualified person where OSHA requires one. OSHA references are federal and were checked in October 2026; standards change and state-plan states may have different rules.

5. No outcome promises

We do not promise bids won, income, profit, inspection results, citation avoidance or any other result.

6. Price and payment

Prices are in USD as shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe’s terms also apply. Your card statement will show ONTRKT.

7. Refunds

If you cannot download or open the files within 7 days of purchase, contact support with your receipt number. After we confirm a technical failure on our side, you receive a full refund. Because these are instant digital downloads, we do not refund for change of mind, dislike of content, unused files, format preference, or any business, legal, safety or financial outcome.

8. Support

Support covers download and file-access issues. Target reply: within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM America/New_York) of a complete request that includes your receipt number. Contact the seller using the support details on your Stripe receipt. We do not review contracts, price jobs or give safety-compliance advice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Files are provided as is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where disclaimable. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of templates or training aids.

11. Privacy

Our privacy notice applies to these products too: order data goes to Stripe, we keep only aggregate visit counts, and there is no mailing list, ads or tracking pixels.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
