Privacy notice

This notice describes information processed when you buy or request support for The Freelance First-Client Kit. This is a simple download business.

Information we may receive

• Order data (name, email, receipt/order ID, amount, time) — to deliver the product, provide receipts, and handle support.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Support messages you send — to resolve download or access issues.
• Basic technical logs from our host (Cloudflare), such as IP address and browser type — for security and delivery debugging.

We do not need your clients’ personal data, tax returns, or contract text. Please do not send them.

How we use it

To deliver the files, reply to support requests, process refunds or disputes, and keep the records required for accounting and legal obligations. No marketing email list. No ads or tracking pixels on this site.

Visit counts

We keep anonymous, aggregate daily counts of page views and Buy-button clicks: the date, the page, the domain of the website that linked here (not the full address), and an optional src tag in the link you followed. We do not set cookies, do not store IP addresses or browser details, do not fingerprint, and use no third-party analytics scripts. The counts are stored with our host (Cloudflare) and cannot identify you.

Sharing

With our payment processor (Stripe) and host (Cloudflare), with professional advisors when needed, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute windows. Support messages are kept while useful, then deleted where practical.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of support data we control, subject to legal recordkeeping needs, by contacting support with your receipt number.

Children

This product is for adults running a freelance business and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this notice; the version posted at the time of purchase applies.
