Terms of sale — digital download

Product: The Freelance First-Client Kit ($27 one-time digital download).

1. Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or download.

2. What you get

A license to download and use the digital files (guide + worksheets) for your personal or internal solo-business use. You receive a downloadable .zip, not a physical shipment.

3. License

• You may copy worksheets for your own client engagements.
• You may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or share the kit as a product, template pack, or course module.
• You may not remove disclaimers or present the worksheets as legal or tax instruments.

4. Not professional services

The kit is educational process material only. It is not a contract, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, employment advice, or a collections service. Purchasing does not create an attorney-client, tax-preparer, or advisory relationship.

5. No outcome promises

We do not promise clients, payments, income, time saved, or any business result.

6. Price and payment

Price is $27 USD unless checkout shows otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe’s terms also apply. Your card statement will show ONTRKT.

7. Refunds

If you cannot download or open the files within 7 days of purchase, contact support with your receipt number. After we confirm a technical failure on our side, you receive a full refund. No refunds for change of mind, dislike of content, unused worksheets, format preference, or any business, client, payment, or tax outcome.

8. Support

Support covers download and file-access issues only, during business hours (America/New_York). We do not coach your clients or answer tax or legal questions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Files are provided as is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where disclaimable. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost clients, tax penalties, legal costs) arising from use of educational worksheets.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
