Refunds (education-only digital goods)

If you cannot download or open the files within 7 days of purchase, contact support with your receipt number. We will refund in full after we confirm a technical failure on our side.

Because this is instant digital educational content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike of content, unused worksheets, preference for a different format, or any business, client, payment, or tax outcome.

This product is educational process material only. Purchasing does not create a legal, tax, accounting, or advisory relationship.

Support

Support covers download and file-access issues only — not client coaching, contract review, or tax questions. Target reply: within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM America/New_York) of a complete request that includes your receipt number.

Contact the seller using the support details on your Stripe receipt, and include your receipt number.
